What we collect: Personal contact information including email addresses, phone and fax numbers, correspondence addresses including post codes for all Registered Customers and their Secondary Users. IP address and email address used to authorise payments via PayPal for all Customers using the Guest Service. We record date and time of transactions and names and post codes of postcard recipients for ALL transactions. All data kept on our Holiday Postcard servers is encrypted. In the unlikely event of a successful break in of our servers, no data whatsoever will be readable in clear text. This is known as encryption at rest.

What we do with the information we gather: We require this information to provide you with our service and for internal record keeping. We may contact you by email, phone or mail in answer to your specific enquiry. We may occasionally send you promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information. You may withdraw your consent at anytime by sending a message to our Data Controller and your details will be removed from our database and you will receive an email from us advising you that your instructions have been carried out.

If you have authorised a Secondary User to have use of an auxiliary account then Except to be able to post their holiday postcards, and providing the service is not used for unlawful purposes, we will never use or share their or their recipients information for any other purpose whatsoever and this information will be deleted should you withdraw your consent or advise us by sending a message to our Data Controller that you will no longer be using our services again.

Should Holiday Postcards Ltd be made aware of any unlawful use by the Customer or any of their Secondary Users using the Holiday Postcards Service, then the Customer irrevocably authorises the Company to report details to any law enforcement authority including giving their permission to disclose all information known about the Customer or any Secondary User of the Holiday Postcards Service without the need for further reference. A Customer using the Guest Service, irrevocably agrees to the Company recording their IP address, the email address used to authorise payments via PayPal, the date and time of transactions and to pass this information, without further reference, to law enforcement authorities, should any unlawful use occur.
